Chewy Chocolate Chip Bars Mix

1/4 C. milk chocolate chips
1/4 C. white chocolate or vanilla milk chips
1/4 C. semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 C. chopped walnuts, toasted and cooled*
1/2 C. dark brown sugar, packed
1 C. buttermilk biscuit baking mix
1/2 C. light brown sugar, packed firmly!
1 C. buttermilk biscuit baking mix
*(You can toast the walnuts by putting them in the microwave
on High for about 5 minutes, stirring every minute.)

Use a one quart, wide-mouth canning jar. Pack between layers.
Pour in the white chocolate chips, then the milk chocolate chips,
the semisweet chocolate chips, the toasted walnuts, the brown
sugar, the buttermilk biscuit baking mix. Pour more semi-sweet
chips to fill any left space. Seal and decorate the jar and attach t
he recipe tag to the jar.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Bars
You will need:
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla
large bowl
In a large bowl, pour contents of jar into it. Mix in the butter,
egg and vanilla, stirring until well blended. Pour into an 8" square
greased baking pan, spreading evenly in pan. Bake at 350 degrees
for 18-22 minutes (bars should be light golden). Cool and cut.
