To present as a gift, spoon 1/4 cup portions onto squares of aluminum foil. Seal foil. Place foil packets in a decorative box or tin. Tie with a coffee mug and with a copy of the serving directions: For 1 serving, place 1/4 cup of the mix into a mug and add 2/3 cup boiling water. Stir to blend. Top with whipped cream, if desired.
