Easy Ghost Cookies

1 Pkg. White Chocolate chips
1 Lb Nutter Butter Cookies
64 Miniature Chocolate Chips
Directions: In a small saucepan, melt the white chocolate chips, stirring
constantly until smooth. Line cookie sheets with waxed paper. Holding
cookies with tongs, dip entire top and side of each cookie into melted
coating, letting excess drip off. Lay flat, coated side up, on waxed
paper-lined cookie sheets. Place two chocolate chips in coating to form
eyes. Let stand 10 minutes until set. Makes 32 cookies.
PS. These cookies make cute ghosts to decorate a cake, or can be made into
tombstones instead of ghosts, ie. just coat with white chocolate and
instead put RIP or make crosses on them...
