To Print
out only the recipe highlight it with your mouse, right
click on the highlighted recipe. Choose the option PRINT.
Change the Print Range from ALL to SELECTION. Press the PRINT
button on the screen.
Peaches and Pound Cake
1 regular or no cholesterol pound cake
1 (16 oz.) can cream cheese frosting
2 fresh peaches, peeled & sliced
Slice pound cake in half lengthwise, forming top and
bottom layers. Frost bottom layer. Place half of the peaches on that layer. Place
remaining cake layer on top of the first. Frost cake with the rest of the icing. Arrange
peach slices on top of cake. Serve immediately.
