Orange Juice Bundt Cake

Orange Juice Bundt Cake

1 c. soft butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. Soda
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. Cocoa
2-3 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 c. orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In large bowl cream butter, sugar and add eggs. Beat 1 minute. Add sour cream. Add flour mixture and orange peel. Spoon 1/3 into bundt pan (greased and floured). Mix 1/2 cup sugar, cocoa and cinnamon. Add 1/2 to cake batter in pan. Place another 1/3 in pan, sprinkle sugar mix. Add last 1/3. Cut through with spatula. Bake 50 to 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Invert on plate.

ORANGE GLAZE: Combine oil and 1/3 cup sugar. Boil gently 4 minutes. Drizzle on cake
