To Print
out only the recipe highlight it with your mouse, right
click on the highlighted recipe. Choose the option PRINT.
Change the Print Range from ALL to SELECTION. Press the PRINT
button on the screen.
Orange Juice Bundt Cake
1 c. soft butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. Soda
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. Cocoa
2-3 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 c. orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In large bowl cream butter, sugar and add eggs.
Beat 1 minute. Add sour cream. Add flour mixture and orange peel. Spoon 1/3
into bundt pan (greased and floured). Mix 1/2 cup sugar, cocoa and cinnamon.
Add 1/2 to cake batter in pan. Place another 1/3 in pan, sprinkle sugar mix.
Add last 1/3. Cut through with spatula. Bake 50 to 60 minutes. Cool 10
minutes. Invert on plate.
ORANGE GLAZE: Combine oil and 1/3 cup sugar. Boil gently 4 minutes.
Drizzle on cake.
