To Print
out only the recipe highlight it with your mouse, right
click on the highlighted recipe. Choose the option PRINT.
Change the Print Range from ALL to SELECTION. Press the PRINT
button on the screen.
Chocolate Carrot Cake
2 c. flour
1-1/2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
2 c. carrots, shredded
1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 c. nuts, chopped (optional)
Mix all ingredients (except carrots, coconut and nuts) well for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in
carrots, coconut and nuts. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50
to 55 minutes. Frost with your favorite cream cheese frosting. Freezes well.
