My Mother used to make this for us kids. It's good.

Frozen Pineapple Dessert
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 pkg. marshmallows
2 cups hot milk
2 1/2 cups crushed pineapple

Line an 8x12 dish with half the cracker crumbs. Next melt marshmallows in hot milk over hot water. When cool, pour into dish over crumbs. Cover with drained pineapple and top with remaining cracker crumbs. Place in freezer until solid.
