German Chocolate Upside Down Cake

I'm sorry that I don't remember the name nor the date requested for the German Chocolate Upside Down Cake. Today as I was looking for a different recipe in a great cookbook, 'Recipes to Remember' from the McMinn (TN) Area Cancer Relief Fund, Inc., I came across the requested recipe. I have not tried it, but have not found a dud in that cookbook yet. Hope it is what the gal was looking for.

German Chocolate Upside Down Cake

1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
1 box German Chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter (or oleo)
1- 8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Spread coconut in bottom of pan. Add nuts. Prepare cake mix. Pour over nuts and coconut. In another bowl: cream butter and cream cheese. Add sugar and mix well. Spoon butter mixture over cake batter. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 15 - 20 minutes. Turn upside down on to platter.
