Crazy Chocolate Cake
2005 Recipes - Newsletter Archive

To Print out only the recipe highlight it with your mouse, right click on the highlighted recipe. Choose the option PRINT. Change the Print Range from ALL to SELECTION. Press the PRINT button on the screen.

This isn't exactly the same directions that were asked for but it is a delicious cake just the same.

Crazy Chocolate Cake

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
6 tbsp cocoa
Put in mixing bowl and mix with fork and ADD:
2/3 cup oil
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups cold water

Mix with dry ingredients.
Pour into UNGREASED 9X13 pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes

FROSTING
1 1/3 cups sugar
7 tbsp oleo
6 tbsp milk
1/2 cup choc chips
Bring to boil and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add the choc chips and stir to melt. Can add chopped nuts if desired. Also can add powered sugar to thicken a little.
