Apple Enchiladas 2005 Recipes - Newsletter Archive
To Print out only the recipe highlight it with your mouse, right click on the highlighted recipe. Choose the option PRINT. Change the Print Range from ALL to SELECTION. Press the PRINT button on the screen.
This is for Becky in Ohio, I cook catfish all of
the time. I use yellow cornmeal and salt it and taste test until it is
salty enough, I then use a fry daddy deep fryer fill with oil and get it
hot. Make sure that your fish are not wet if they are just shake off
excess water roll in cornmeal and put in fryer cook 5 minutes and then put
a fork in them if the fish stay on the fork they are done take the cooked
ones out and let the others fry a couple of more minutes and test again.
Refill with fish and continue until they are all cooked. I also put them
in a paper towel lined pan and keep them warm in the oven until I am
finished with all of the fish.
